I just want to say thank you to everyone on PC. I had been to other sites that ended up letting me down because of inadequate monitoring and guidance, and other members setting off triggers constantly. Here at PC, the members respect one another and their triggers, situations, and problems, etc. There is always someone to talk to if you need to. Plus there are professionals here to help. Thanks to these people, my counseling sessions have went much smoother and I have a great relationship with my doctor and I am getting the treatment I need. Thanks to the different forums, I can ask questions without worrying about people will think. I have discovered I am not alone. It is great to find such a wonderful site. I hope to help others as I have been helped on PC..
