Someone's trying to kill dogs.. *scared*

Just read a warning that in Tampere someone has been leaving meatballs and such with poison and razorblades inside to areas where there's usually a lot of dogs at least 10 dogs has died already, what kind of person would do that??? who wants to kill other people's pets?? Family members!

I'm so INCREDIBLY angry that these kinda things aren't investigated as series of MURDERS!! Only cuz it's dogs that are murdered, not people. Even if they ever caught the person/people who does this, they'd probably only get fined or something!

I'm so glad I don't live there, my brother and his girlfriend and their dog does though, so as soon as i saw the warning I called them. Their dog always eats everything she finds...
I heard that this is also going on in Jyväskylä, so I'm being careful and I don't take Sega for walks anywhere near this city either. She gets her exercise at the stables and that should be safe... Extremely afraid of snakes tho...

Btw, i have my own suspicions about the people doing this, according to the specific areas the baits have been found...

That's so sad
People fail to hear what studies have found, those that abuse, mame, and/or kill also do that to humans in time.

Probably the same kind of person around here that drove down the interstate and threw (yes, threw) some kittens out the window that they didn't want. One survived.

The same thing happened here in Portland -- it went on for about 2 months but I don't know why it stopped -- if they caught the culprit or if he/she just stopped on his/her own accord.

I get so irritated at people who hurt any animals. All animals need to protected from jerks like that. I have heard about things like that happening throughout my life & would love to go after people like that., find them. & torture them. I remember when something like that was happening close to home, I was so upset, I didn't even let my dogs out into our own backyard incase something was thrown over the fence. I am so protective of my animals, even my horses that I constantly keep an eye on them,checking for anything that might seem wrong....I am the overprotective mother....and wouldn't change that for anything.

This is appauling and sickning. I am outragaed how someone could have so little regard for life. I love animals. They all bring joy to our lives everday. My Gracie is like my baby girl. Well she actually is my baby girl. She is so precious to me. The very thought of someone hurting her in anyway tears me up inside.

I'm pretty easy to be angered, quick to forgive, but if I find out anyone has ever hurt an animal, I'll go for vengence and I'll hate them forever. Everyone will get their own in time, but animals are sacred. They're fragile, sweet and dedicated. They need better laws of persecuting animal abusers, not just because animal abusers can hurt other PEOPLE, but they already hurt a living thing, a PET.
