Just a short note to let you all know I was NOT exnoring anyone or upset with anyone...I was so down and out and had a CRISIS and had myself admitted to a mental hospital so I would not end my life....I had plans and all but my T found out and called CRISIS intervention on me and that is where I have been for 14 days....sorry I did not get to say goodbye....it all happened so D*M fast.....now I am home and things are overwhelming me....UGH anxiety galore is hitting me....so much to catch up on in house....but I will get back to the forums in a day or two....and answer some of my PMs.....thanks for understanding....love you all and miss you LOTS....</font>

I agree with esther, and want to add, you are an inspiration
 I am glad you are back, as many others are too  Take care and realize there are many people who want you to stay on this earth, like I always say we all have a purpose here on earth, even if it just consists of castiing a smile to someone, you'd be surprised how a little smile can make others feel good, which comes back to you. I'm glad you got help asap while in crisis, as I am glad today that I did 5yrs ago. Sure the next few weeks will be overwhelming, but be sure to keep in close touch with or therapist and/or pdoc. In time you may come to see it is all worth the effort. Sorry this kind of got long but I want you to know your being on earth is important, and there are people out in the world that care for you. ((((Hope))))) I'm glad you ended up in the hospital and are able to come back to us. You are cared about here. I hope that the hospital helped, and I am happy that they kept you safe. I know that coming home from the hospital can be very stressful and anxiey-ridden. Take it slow and easy. Best of luck, "talk" to you soon. HUGS!
