I have the perfect birthday pesents. I got a white t-shirt with a pic of my 2 kids on it and I am spending the day with the 2 people that matter most in my life (Jakob and Elisa). I know that I am here under extenuating circumstances, but I wouldn't have it any other way! I am trying to spend more time with them and become the mommee that I should be.
