I have been down a lot lately but today the weather is perfect and am feeling pretty good! It finally feels like spring is here to stay and am loving it. It's crazy how the weather can have such a huge affect on your mood and dont even realize it.

Yes, longer days and warmer temps is a boon for me.

Me too! Except for the rain and the allergies. I am miserable right now and cannot breath. But I still love this time of year. I love to walk outside and smell the orange tree blossoms. I love to see the plants getting green after the rain. And I love the warmth the sun gives. It doesn't rain here very often so I will enjoy it while I can!

Me too. I often joke that I'm a "solar powered person".

Oh I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN! I love the sun. I'd sit out in the sun all day if i could, too bad for being busy But i love spring and summer, and funny how i got more depressed in the winter, but it's slowly getting better now

Yes, there's so many things that can affect our moods and, like breathing, we pretty much take them for granted unless they don't work so well.

Sometimes I like cool, rainy days though, they're quiet and I can be introspective and drink hot beverages, spend the day reading, etc. :-) Then I don't have to feel bad for not being out and doing all the time in the good weather.
