I feel safe when

i feel safe when my favourite songs are playing

i feel safe when i wake up and two dogs and four cats are on the bed with me

i feel safe when i'm at church

i feel safe when i'm helping someone else

what is "safe"? i've never understood that word.

I feel safe and secure when I take really good, compassionate care of myself.

I feel safe curled up in my bed with my T's pillow and my cat beside me..

Hmmm... what if you don't want to feel safe?? What if you're enjoying the holy hell outta being on the edge of a precipice????

I'm sorry if it seems that I'm hijacking this thread. It's not my intention...

I feel safe when I let myself be me. When I give myself plenty of time to think on things, to make choices at my own speed, and to say -No- whenever I want to anything at all.

I feel safe when I take what I can use and leave the rest behind, when I don't focus on those that will not understand, when I trust my own self.

I feel safe when I pay attention to what I am grateful for.

I feel safe when I pay heed to my instincts and intuition, when I stay clear of unhealthy situations.
