So I am deeply immersed in Women, Food & God and finding it very transformative in dealing with emotional eating/ body issues but I am struggling for the last couple of days with sitting with these feelings (cannot even name them) without having my usual coping strategies of numbing out with food.
Interested in other's perspective who may be dealing with/ have dealt with similar issues

Sorry, shrinkwrapped, I know little of what you speak of. I do know that if something that was important in your life is taken away, like cigarettes of alcohol, a replacement to fill the gap is very important. Walking, volunteering, or weight training have come in handy for me.
