GREAT NEWS!!!!!

Been getting the run around from the inspector working on my new place. He insists on putting carpet in the front room and my bedroom. I CAN'T VACUUM but he doesn't seem to get that through his head. Guess he finally had it with me and told me to talk to the mobile home place myself. Fine! I did! They were so helpful! First, this inspector was going through "a contact" he has. Yeah! It's to send money their way, not to save money for the City! Hermitage, the mobile home place, is getting a price for me. The installation is already cheaper than "the contact"!! Then, the inspector has told us to not go into the new mobile. The owner at Hermitage said "Sure! Go ahead and start doing whatever you want!" ...like clearing out weeds in the side and back yard, painting the walls BEFORE the flooring gets put in; "little" things like that. What I consider to be the BIGGEST DEAL is that Hermitage allowed more for flooring than the inspector told me PLUS they gave me credit for the fridge and stove they will NOT have to put in. Mine are less than a year old! The inspector wanted new appliances? Why?? Who's pocket is he lining now?? It just "shows to go ya," it takes a while to get to know someone. Just because they act like they're on your side, it ain't necessarily so! And hubby accuses me of having a suspicious nature! LOL Hey! It pays off! Nah... I don't think I'm suspicious. It's called "looking out for #1" and looking at a situation from all sides before making a decision! Yay, Me!!

Anybody got an ATTA GIRL for me? Quick! Before I break my arm patting myself on the back!! hehehe

My floors are in!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!! It's only a matter of a few days now before I can move in... maybe the end of this week or the beginning of next!!!! My new home is looking INCREDIBLE!!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! Just when I was getting started cleaning the new house, someone came in and shooed us out. He was there to DETAIL the place! yeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaa I don't have to do it!!

All we need to do now in order to move in is for Jerry to finish setting the floor tile in the laundry area and the bathroom! He can do that in a couple of days!! Another rebel yell here!! hehehe Ok! NOW I'm getting excited!!!!!!
