Wow, have been out of it.....didn't read your note about being back until reading this today even though SeptemberMorn said you had returned. Glad to see you home again. Hope you can keep up with everything now that you had a chance to catch up (ketchup) with life. Take care of yourself...know that's not an easy thing to do even when we have time.....it's easy to ignore that aspect of self most of the time. Be well, Debbie

Thanks so much  I am doing a better job of my self care I think. I seem to be able to juggle many things a bit better now and my mindset is certainly in a better place. (at least it feels that way LOL)One thing I did to help myself was to schedule a 2 week vacation!  It's coming up very soon and I'm getting excited. sabby |

 ......but then I guess I really am living in a continual vacation here.....just my dogs to take care of & on 10 acres of beautiful woods....everything I paid to visit when I lived in my previous life in California.
