I'm glad your husband knows you give it your all and is willing to help. I know hard it is to be "stuck" in a low point. I hope you'll be able to find your way out soon.  If you're stuck in bed, maybe you can get your blood flowing by jumping in bed... If you need some music to get you started, try this one.....  |

(((((( tishie ))))))) I am sorry things are sooooo challenging for you now. I care lots. I rarely post at pc anymore. everything has its ebb and flow. But I do care a lot about you, and about so many people here. I hope that things can ease up for you Tishie. I know you are dealing with so much.
