I don't know if I have this in the right place, so please go ahead and move it if it's not. Anyway, I went to see a new psychiatrist today. I mentioned a few days ago that I would be leaving PC for awhile due to some personal battles. (Nothing to do with anyone here or anything that has been said here, etc.
 ) I told him about this site and how I've met some really nice people to talk to that can relate to me on so many different levels. And he also told me to continue to post here, because he feels it will do me good to have the support of the folks here. I explained to him the only reason I was thinking of leaving here for awhile is because I cannot post about the major issue going on with me right now. He says it is still good for me to share my feelings and views on other things as well. So even though I can't just come right out and say what's bothering me so badly at least I can still communicate with people that care and will support me. Whew!! I was happy to hear him say that. I hope everyone is doing well!!! And I'm happy that my pdoc changed my mind about leaving here (even if it wasn't going to be permanently...lol)!!! Thank you everyone who sent me PMs with your love and concern... it really means alot to me especially right now.Love, and hugs, and good thoughts.... -Jennifer-

You know what? My pdoc thinks coming here is beneficial for many, including myself.
He even said I was welcome to put the website on the "community bulletin" in the waiting room. In fact, the other pdocs there, think its a good thing. Now, if only I can remember to do that when I go in another week. I am happy you have come to PC. Sincerely, DE

My T wants me to try and continue here, as tough as it gets sometimes. He says the attacks that other members make on me and the injustices I see, are fuel for in-session therapy.
Glad you're gonna join us in this padded - wall site!
