she put me on a diff med called ativan.. does anyone take that......... does it make u sleepy..... ?

Yes skittles, I use to take it. It helped me quite a bit with anxiety. Yes, it did make me a little drowsy, but it is definitely worth it IMO.
I would take it when feeling really uneasy or very tense, and it would help a lot to relieve that.
