...apology. i think i was short with many people in chat tonight, and for that, i am sorry. i was very anxious, tapping my foot, my mind running, and i was looking for something/someone to take it out on. it shouldn't have been any one of you. as soon as i signed off, i changed, worked out (re: ran as fast and hard as i could for as long as i could) and i feel much better.

you wont have to expect these kinds of 'moods' from me in the future.

again, sorry!

Hi there,
I was not at chat, but taking a run, working out or just some quick exercise was suggested to me a few years ago from my pdoc and T. It was also suggested by my new pdoc, I have had since we moved out of state.
Healthy way to diffuse some agitation, best to do that before chatting with people I guess.
While also working on self-control,discipline,meditation, can help further avoid clashes on "chat".
I'm happy to see your apology, and that you were able to diffuse some of the anx through exercise. just a quick...
Take care,
DE

The best thing for all of us, including myself is the golden rule, "do onto others as you would want them to do onto you". Help to keep "chat" friendly and/or supportive.
