Taking care of twin 5 year olds. they are a blast. What one doesn't come up with the other does with comical results. At the moment they are calmly watching halloweentown and coloring, but trying to decide what to play before bed. one just said lets switch names and the other said no I don't want to get in trouble for something you will do, lets make a tent, no the cat will knock it down when he jumps on us...Ill give them a few more minutes then bring out one of the board games to distract them.

Went to hubby's soccer game with a friend (and the rest of my family as it turns out). Then my friend and I stayed for the men's game. Lots of fun.

I went to a marching band contest today and followed that up with a movie, Elizabethtown. Tonight I'm being a couch potatoe.

Whew... what a night!!! Well, when I showed up at Lucky's Lane had already had a few beers and a couple shots of tequila. I immediately helped him to a cement mixer, a 4 horseman, a double shot of Bicardi 151, and a mind eraser over the next two hours. Needless to say he wasn't quite "well" when we were done with him but he took it like a champ. His wife Steph took him home and put him to bed and then met the rest of us up at IHOP for the after party munchies. We certainly had a blast. God I sure missed my friends here in TX. I am so very glad that I'm back home with them. It's nice to have people calling me up wanting to hang out with me... unlike in Michigan where I was lucky if the ex would burden herself and her friends with my company for an evening.
