Dexter is right, badthoughts. The folks in this forum know an awful lot about this kind of thing, and even if you don't understand where we're coming from, why not give counseling a shot?

I agree with all the posters on this thread.
Therapy or counselling and the bond you will develop with the therapist or counsellor will help you with your thoughts.
(The alternative that you perceive will NOT)
