|
I received a phone call from the manager of the other apartment complex today. The apartment I want is gone since my HUD will not transfer. However, he has another apartment opening next month. There is a very good chance he can get funding for me through another Federal program so I can move there! The apartment does not look like the one I wanted, but he says it's very quiet, very clean and the neighbors are very nice and are quiet.
It's not a promise, and I won't know for sure for a couple weeks, but please pray and/or send good thoughts for me. Ok? Thanks!!!!!!!! Jan

January,
having read this other thread Prayers and Good Positive Hopes Needed we were stunned at how awful your housing situation had become. so sorry to hear about the mugging and current harassment  The manager of the newer complex apt sounds like he is more than willing to work with you on trying to get you into the other apt that opens next month. That's something positive to hope for. Not everyone tries that hard especially when it comes to dealing with Federal programs and housing. Fingers crossed for you. keep taking care. again sorry to hear how hard things have been with everything going on. hope you are able to move to a new sanctuary soon!!
