Believing what people tell you is the hardest thing to do..believing your worthless is the easiest.

I find the negative stuff more believable to believe and I have this issue of believing what people say about me.

One thing I can tell you from experience is that if you go look for a therapist yourself it feels less like punishment for haveing intense feelings. You have more control, and can pick someone you like. Start with a therapist, some one who will listen and if he/she recomend a doctor it's something the two of you can talk about and find one who will treat you like a person who has a problem, not like a problem. Please notice I said mental health issues, not a person who is mentaly ill. I don't beleive people are mentaly ill, they have meantal health issues mostly caused by chemical imbalances. There is nothing criminal about that.
Thank you so much for coming back today and letting us all know that you are feeling better. Wev'e been there and I think I cn say that we all care.
I understand what you're trying to say. You're welcome. It's annoying my moods go up and down. It gets worse when my period is going to start. I have a very bad mood before my period starts.

I feel a little stressed because my brother told me about something. It's got to do with "friends" at college. My brother got threatened and his "friend" said it's your last warning and you're going to be beaten up" to my brother. I'm just annoyed. These two people have been nasty to him and they're not even his friends, they are two faced and childish. The girl has kicked my brother in the privates and has said horrible things. It's like my brother has dragged me into this. I tell him I am fed up of hearing about his situation. He should tell the college but he told a staff about the bully but he forgot to tell her. This is my brother's problem and I'm stressed because of it But he told me he going to put them on a statement. I feel like having a go at these "people" urghhhhhh... One time they said to my brother. "oh your willy smells"... soooo childish -_- The girl even said I cut off your **** and eat it to my brother. That's just sick urghhhhhh this is stressing me out. any advice?
