Great book, I must say. It is about male depression,
and it takes men's feelings seriously.
I'd recommend it to anyone.

I've heard about that book. Anything a man would read to help them is good!

I want to get a copy of this. It's interesting how men and women deal with depression differently.

I have this book, too. My husband isn't a very expressive person even on a good day, and he completely zips up when he is in his MDEs. I can't say I had any huge AHA moments, but reading it was somewhat of a stress relief, because at least I felt like I was doing what I could to help and understand.
