Hello, desolate. What you are doing is not working. What might you do to change?

Hi ~ do you have ANY idea what you're mad about, or why? If you could figure that out, it might help.

Since sleeplessness isn't good for you at ALL, you might want to consider seeing a therapist, do figure out where all that anger & rage is coming from. There has to be a reason -- and sometimes we need help in finding out what that is.

I wish you the best -- this has to be exhausting!! God bless & take care. Hugs, Lee
Thanks for this!

i was diagnosed with a sleep disorder as well as bp. doc told me if i hadn't fallen to sleep in 30 minutes to get up and do something like read a book, nothing excitable to my system. sometimes this happens when i am hypomanic. three of it's other symptoms are insomina, irratability and quick to anger.
have you considered seeing a pdoc for a possible diagnosis and perhaps meds?
rest well...that is if you can in the meantime. this can be fixed, imo. it worked for me except for breakthroughs sometimes. i have a mild sedative to take if that happens. it merely helps me fall asleep but not stay asleep.
oh and welcome to pc.

I'm inclined to agree with madisgram. These are the symptoms I experience during hypomania. Ironically, we are going through the same sleep issues now. So as tiring as it is, I'm glad I'm not the only one not sleeping. It is frustrating so I suggest you see someone. Good luck!
