I m doing the steps to clean trauma , i feel okay now in conscious, i can discern what it is when it is attacking ......
but i know in subconscious, it is still there, and refuse to leave.....
so, my efforts always fall back to that level, repeat and repeat,
i want to know how to influence the subconscious and change that....

thanks a lot

Your body represents your subconscious mind. Your gut reactions to things are messages from your subconscious mind. Intuition - and if you believe in them, psychic abilities - comes in through your subconscious mind. You can talk back, giving messages in positive terms to your subconscious mind of comfort, peace, acceptance. Practice saying "I love you" to your reflection in the mirror. It feels weird at first. Personally, I couldn't do it - but then, I wasn't very motivated to change the way you appear to be.

Some hypnotherapists attempt to work with that. Sometimes through forms of imaginary play. I have been in one hypno session, and several group trance work sessions, and I believe this may help some.
