Can I get some opinions?
I know I'm very impulsive, always have been. I'm seeing a new Pdoc on Wed..
I'm afraid I won't make it. I quit my original meds, I didn't trust Doc.. My GP
has me on, Cymbalta, /Buspar, Xanax, and Trazodone, I am REALLY confused.
My mind is switching too quickly,way worse then usual. Any suggestions?

I would tell a friend or go to the ER/seek psychiatric help where you are so you stay safe.

You should really talk to a doctor ASAP. Quitting meds without a doctor's supervision can be dangerious, and also it seems like you have pretty concrete plans to end your life. This is serious stuff you know? I can relate to wanting to die one moment and thinking of your job the next. But still having a plan mean syour suicdal thoughts ar epretty bad. Even in an impulse you could die. You may need to be put back on meds. So please talk to a doctor.

Thank you for reply. I only have my husband for a friend, he deals with enough of my crap! My past friends have either died, from addiction, or are still addicted. I don't even know how to make friends, I really live a pathetic
sad life. I've been in ER before, won't do it again! Sorry, I really have a good heart, my brain just isn't cooperating. I really do need help, can't wait till Wed. to meet new doc!Thanks again

Why are you not calling 911 or going to the emergency room right now? You do not have permission to harm yourself.

He can help you get help for this crap or he can deal with your medical emergency/death if you harm yourself? I think he'd choose to help now rather than later problems? Tell him and discuss with him what actions the two of you should take to ensure you get care!

I know its hard right now and you need some help but if I remember right crisis /active suicide postings are not allowed. you might try looking in the self injury forum for some phone numbers you can call when you are actively in suicide mode, the moderators and administrators are really great at helping those who are this close too to it too.
