Im blogging about myself and im reaching out for a bit of an audience. my aim eventually is to stamp out stigma relating to mental health illness's. i hope you wouldnt mind reading my first blog when you get time. and if you subscribe il be adding supplements to it as i go along bringing me from my time in crisis back in the summer of this year to the present day. thanks all |

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001. It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
