I have learned different ideas about my illness, different ideas about treatment, or ways of looking at things, But mostly I have learned that I don't have to suffer in silence alone, and I also don't have to keep my accomplishments and proud moments to myself either.
In my short time here I have made friends, gained support, and am part of a family, all that I did not have. I also now have people to give back too.

I have learned about disorders that I didn't know about before, one of which helped in the diagnosis process. I also find it comforting that people from all over the world can share and compare new meds, therapy, doctors. It reassures me that I am not alone and that the treatments are not just in the USA but used internationally.

I am absolutely stumped by the inference that my choice of the word..."agenda" would be interpreted by ONE person in the whole of p.c as a personal insinuation.
Why the focus was on MY post,...........a word I used? And further,it seems odd to me that, that particular word 'agenda' triggered a reaction within you,Venus, that became a focal point.It is a relatively politically used word,I understand,and with your posting history in p.c I see that you think along those lines,but,I do not.So my usage of it is quite different than your experience I imagine. It would appear that there is a pompous presumption that I carry any sort of preoccupation,concern or even interest to an extent that I might waste my energy on some sort of side ways bite.Pompous in the sense that it is presumptive,and an indication of self importance imo. Sorry,but,I just don't have the interest,motivation,time,or nature to waste my words on being indirectly injurious.Seems as if there are issues there ,not of my creation,and completely unaffiliated with my personal responsibility.I am a direct individual,and if I have something to say,I will not peek around doors,whisper,point,and devalue for my own satisfaction. The word agenda indicates 'an underlying plan'......and what I inferred was motive.My point was that no one here ...well almost no one....knows me irl,and yet,when I am hurt,confused,or in need of support.....it is granted to me by humans here with no other 'motive' than to direct,comfort,soothe me. So you see,in conclusion ,that although you must be experiencing some form of notoriety in forum/chat, you just don't have that same focus coming from me.....to you.As my life is filled with other mortal concern atm.
