I was thinking of posting this yesterday, but I... uhhh... procrastinated?

I probably procrastinated before coming out of the womb.

Sometimes a person procrastinates because she's just too worn out to do something.... so you do the "musts" and leave the "shoulds" to a hopefully better day. My dust bunnies love me for it.

For me, procrastination is a way of protecting me from the triggers that come with doing the things that need to be done. I would rather stay away from working on those things & then ending up in the hospital from a horrible panic attack & get to it later when I feel strong enough to deal with it. This is a find line that is sometimes very hard to determine & sometimes just starting to do the thing sets off the trigger & I have to realize that I can't continue.....but being aware of this is very tricky & difficult.

But remember procrastination is not always bad,
