Want to know something funny? Currently, my favorite procrastination activity is going on this web site. Sometimes with ADHD, it seems like even the good things can become trouble! procrastination...

Hmmm, I'm new but I totally understand. Many things that "help" and make you feel good can be escapism from real life. procrastination...

When I was a kid it was reading. I'd read anything and everything for HOURS at a time, simply to avoid the more unpleasant aspects of life, while most parents had to BEG their children to read a book! I'm sure others can relate. procrastination...
