What type of things (physically or mentally) do you do when you NEED and WANT to forgive a loved one for past wrongs.... things that will allow you to love them in the here and now, with no connection to past feelings, hate or resentment?

I think starting phsyically might be a good idea. Just do them little favors, or give them a call, or send them a card if that's their kind of thing. I think that sometimes you have to change what you do first and the rest of it follows.

Yes, that is TRUE - when one puts an action to their thoughts then all else will follow..... i just wonder how long it will take for the wounded mind to get on board?
