I haven't been individually acknowleging people here, so I am not going to start, but I just wanted to say each and every post has brought a warm feeling to my heart so each and everyone one imagine me thanking and if you are comfortable hugging you. The road to health will be a long one I am sure and it's uphill, so if you see me falling back down I'm sure you won't be surprised, but if you could stop me that would be nice. What's nice would be to find a way to stop myself, but that will take time and practice, so perhaps just remind me to practice, and also that I can make up the lost ground (maybe I'll try a different path the next time.) I'm not planning on continuing this thread, but I still appreaciate replies and thank you for them in advance.
