What types of things do you do to make yourself happy? What does happiness look or feel like to you? What has happened today to bring you happiness? What has happened today, if anything to take that away?

(Thanks Nik .. )

Take care,
Fuzzy

{{{{{{{{{{Fuzzy}}}}}}}}}}}

I laugh a lot and that does make me happy Feeling needy/personal responsibility/happiness. The first thing I read in the paper in the morning is the comics...it always starts my day with a smile.

Happiness to me is when I think of all of the things in my life that I am grateful for....my family (my 2 children and my bf Mike), my health (well I am not perfect by any means but I am alive and kicking Feeling needy/personal responsibility/happiness ) , my friends who mean the world to me, and a chance to wake up each morning and conquer another day.

I am a person who always tries to find the good in every situation...a positive outlook on life has helped me immensely. I am not one that is in a person's face "happy" - you know what I mean? I just always try to see the good in everything around me and a smile is usually on my face. It just feels good . Feeling needy/personal responsibility/happiness

What types of things do you do to make yourself happy?
go to the beach...a quiet secluded spot nd find shells or play in the waves...to be a child again I suppose. and definitely music.

What does happiness look or feel like to you?
Happiness would look like the innocence of a childs smile. It would sound like the purity of a childs laughter. Not sure I know what "true" happiness feels like, it's usually taken away so quickly. But it feels good enough that I seek it.

What has happened today to bring you happiness?
I had a poem written for me that made me happy inside.

What has happened today, if anything to take that away?
Life. jsut plain old simple life.

An Ode to Happy is Happy

Happy is being loved
Being warm and full
Being satiated with the joy
That comes from love
It is the heat of the heart
The smell of warm food for the mind
For the body, for the soul
It is knowing you are wanted
It is knowing the future will be good
It is the eternal state of bliss.

Wow, Fuzzy. You always ask some of the most interesting, insightful questions! Right off the top of my head, I can't remember when I tried to make myself HAPPy. It just kind of HAPPens. Let me think about it, though, and I'll come back and try to come up with a good answer. Feeling needy/personal responsibility/happiness

HAHAHA When I first clicked on this thread, it took me right to your answer, Pebs. I couldn't figure out what "fluffy puppies" was about. It cracked me up... as you usually do! hehehe

Fuzzy, I still can't come up with something I do to get happy. Like I said, it just happens... like Tuesday. My youngest son called me and asked me if I'd keep his babies overnight. I had two of the most wonderful, exhausting days Tuesday and Wednesday. I'll spare you the sappiness, though! Feeling needy/personal responsibility/happiness I couldn't have planned it no matter how hard I tried.

Thanks Tomi!Feeling needy/personal responsibility/happiness

Although fluffy puppies is pretty straight forward, I've always had a very dry, sometimes sarcastic sense of humor that people don't always get, and it does, on occassion get me into trouble. I do make myself laugh a lot though.
