Which is it that we learn to Accept; the price we pay for our trade-offs or living alone?

I think accepting the trade offs is difficult. Sometimes I think I'm a lesser person for having made the trade off. I know better though. I know I'm looking out for my own best interest physically, financially and emotionally. I wouldn't do well alone and wouldn't want to....would you? Tough isn't it!
