I'm Glad

that I can come here and tell about my fears about my pets and people respond to me with love and support.

that I can come here and tell you about how I got cheated out of part of my future, on house sale, and you all rally around me and help me through it.

that I can be myself here and %#@&#! people off and make people feel good and still be accepted for who i am....a slightly demented short woman who has good days and bad days...and still hasn't worn her welcome out here.

we have PC and we have a community that gets along most of the time and we try to handle our problems, for the most part, by ourselves and then we go on.

i'm really thankful that i feel valuable here and that i believe that i've helped a few people with their problems.I truly believe that we're stewards and caring for each other is what helps us. ALOT of people have helped me with my problems (out front and behind the scenes) and i'm ever so grateful for that. i've had a hard year and i'm still going forward. it would not have happened without all of YOU!! love, pat

I second your gratitude!! I love this place, I visit on my lunch breaks and as soon as I get home from work. It's like having friends in the box on my desk. I love you all!!!

i'm glad there are people like you in the world, fayerody, that care so much and help so much.
i'm glad that i have this place, especially the way things have been lately. . .the world is falling apart around me and everyones walking away, but i come here and i'm not alone. people listen without judging, support without asking for anything in return. its the only place in the world i can be myself and its ok that i am the way i am. i'm glad and i'm grateful because its keeping me together. it just might be the only thing right now that is.

I'm glad that when I think things are bad I can come in here for a reality check and see that I'm not mired down as far as I could be.

I'm glad that it's Wednesday and I get to spend some alone time with my son. I don't get to do that very often. Wednesday night Rueben's at Mom's Place. Yum.

i'm glad that the sun is shining and i get to go empty mousetraps at the ranch! i'm glad that fayedy is home and happy. this is a good thread because it makes us focus upon our positives. thanks, shirley.

I'm glad that even though we're going to get 10-12" of snow tonight I don't have to drive through it to get to work or the grocery store.

I'm glad that it's sunny and beautiful right now. I'm glad that I get to go to work so I can have money. I'm glad that Wednesday is my personal amends to myself and that I get to sit around and watch the Olympics and my show, LOST. I'm glad I get to hang out here on my lunch breaks.
