Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I don't know where this goes. But I don't know if I'm a female. I don't know to be honest. I don't feel like a woman. Maybe I am in between. I don't know what to say.

I am an androgynous female. Always a tomboy. Are you the tomboy type girl?

well, happycheeks, if you are a mistake then I am one too.

What is it about yourself that you wish to be different?

God makes no mistakes. And I think it's bit grandiose to blame him for our feelings, doings, and missteps.

Is this a gender identity question or is it rooted in your self esteem?? I saw one of your other posts, where you said you don't wear typical makeup teenagers wear. Imagine these fluctuating moods like a 'roller coaster' - your moods going up and down on the roller coaster ride. When you feel it starting, ask yourself - what's the real root, of these self deprecating statements.

As I tried to say before - the real assurance needs to come from you and our assurance won't last long. The world is made up of many different people, so embrace your uniqueness and accent your positive points. How about you list some good things about yourself. You probably wouldn't bash anyone else like this, so don't do it to yourself.

Happycheeks sounds like it's time for a girl's day out! Take some time to make yourself feel better, nice bubble bath, makeup, fix hair a different way, wear something totally different. and look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself I am beautiful and I am supposed to be here smile! A counselor I used to have told me FAKE IT till you MAKE IT! and when I am down that is what I try to do. It works for me, you might just remember those words and give it a try! Big Hug!

Well, I don't want to wear make up because it doesn't suit me. I can't be bothered with putting make up on. Yeah I have something wrong with me.

Make up is a choice. There is nothing wrong with women who do not wear make up. There is nothing wrong with men who DO wear make up.

It's a choice, not a requirement and it is seriously not a big deal. If you think you should wear make up for whatever reason........ you are free to. If you don't want to....... you are free to do as well.

It does not make you a less of a woman either way.

I've said for a long time- never mind stereotypes, it's what you feel in your own gut. There are female mechanics who like football but they feel inherently female. There are men who dress in pink and play with Barbies who know they are still men.

Personally, I am neither a man nor a woman. I have no association with the lumps and bumps my body may or may not have and what I have between my legs is of no relevance to who I am as a person. It is hard to explain to people who do have a gender identity what is like to feel you aren't what they see in front of their eyes.

I don't think this is a gender identity problem. What's the real root of how you feel - I think you're mad/frustrated.

happycheeks why don't you feel like a woman? Is it because you don't wear make up? I see you as a caring person and so do many others here, What does/will it take to convince you of that?
