I'm always scared, or at least very fearful and anxious.
![]() They did a CT scan of my stomach and intestines, and it was normal. That leaves me with the fact that I'm scared for some other reason. I don't know what I'm scared of. Things spook me out. I've been diagnosed with bipolar schizoaffective. Am I delusional? or hallucinating? Gentle music helps me calm down. I'm just wondering.

I get scared too. Right now I have been getting shakes in evening and when I wake up. Sometimes I feel like I'm waking up to a panic attack. Once I start my day I get ok because I have to get my child up and to school and go to work. I wonder if I have bad dreams I don't remember? If I have a medical issue I really freak and can think of nothing else. I go back to medical dr. in February for a follow up on an issue and I think I'm starting to worry about that. I'm proud I haven't worried over the last 4 months while waiting on follow up though. That is progress! I've been reading books on trying to rechannel my thoughts and there are some good blogs on here and articles that might help you. Good luck, you aren't alone!

Have you changed, added/subtracted any meds recently? One of the side effects of Abilify is anxiety: http://bipolar-disorder.emedtv.com/a...e-effects.html

There are kids (probably like you and me) that are just born anxious.
