I don't know where to post this.

My daughter's father, a known liar about the stupidest stuff is being charged with Intentionally Harmining A Child.

Okay. I got a copy of the criminal complaint as I was taken back by this. I would never think of him to injure a kid. He has always shown patience around my child. Maybe it's a thing where there is an auidence, maybe it is geniune. I assume it is real.

Regardless, the complaint states that his girlfriend's kid showed up at school with the "whole left side of his face, bruised, discolored and appeared slightly swollen". He is seven years old and in first grade. They questioned him.

They asked him what he did the day before and he said homework, ate supper and took a shower. They asked where he got the bruise and he said "mike smacked me"

"Did he yell at You?" Cop
"YeaH" Child
"Why did he hit You" Cop
"Because I was Being naughty" Child
"open handed or closed fist" Cop
"open Handed" Child
When Asked if Mike had ever hit him before the child "was hesitant to answer, lowered his head and didn't say anything" They asked if he was scared to answer and the Child cried and said "yes"
"why"
The child "Because I don't want my mom taken away"
Asked again if mike ever hit him before
"yeah But not that much" Child
"Does your mom know that Mike hits you" Cop
"No" Child. He stated he didn't tell her because she would get mad at him
"does your mom ever hit you" Cop
"No" Child. He stated Mike did not hit his mother.
"Why did Mike hit you" Cop
"I was annoying Mike last weekend" Child
Child said Mike hit him last night, they didn't have school yesterday so it was a long weekend. His mom was not home. His brothers nad sisters were in the TV room. He said mike took him upstairs so the others wouldn't see
"how did Mike get you upstairs" Cop
"He said, Go upstairs and follow me" Child
Child stated "Mike slapped me once on the side of my face and it made me cry because it hurt" Mike then told him not to annoy him again
When asked what do you do that annoys Mike the child stated "When he tells me to do something i go and ask my mom and that annoys him"
"Do you get along with Mike" Cop
"No" Child
"Do you feel safe in your house" Cop
"Not really" Child stated Mike makes him feel unsafe
Asked if he got along with mom and Child stated "Yeah, I play games iwth Mom"
Asked if brothers and sisters play too and child said "Yeah and mike too"

The report says the cop observed a red discoloration on child's left eye lid and a small cut near the outside corner of his eye. The side of his cheek was reddened with a bruise of a bluish hue which appeared to be shaped like fingers. And the cop observed red discoloration inside and behind child's left ear.

OKAY. Like I said this strikes me as just WOW! But the complaint itself. I don't know. I went to court today wanting to see what bullcrap he would throw my way, ofcourse he didn't do it.

Well, he was in custody so needless to say I was unable to call him on this. He did call me collect from the jail to find out why I was there, and I told him because of him.

He tells me he didn't do it. I ask him why the kid would lie. "Because he doesn't want me to leave" I tell him that's not the way to keep him there. I ask him how the child got a bruise then. "He was playing football and it whacked him in the face. I wasn't even around that day I was up visiting my dad"

He further tells me he didn't do it. Why didn't I believe him? I tell him I don't know what to believe that the criminal complaint DOES not look good. THat yeah, I was surprised because I wouldn't think he would be the type giving his temperment around kids. But go figure that most child molesters or what not ARE GREAT AROUND KIDS til they are alone right.

My mom, who hates him even sticks up for him. Saying she thinks the kid was coached. Maybe it was the mom. I think he was set up.

I reason with her. How do you get fingermarks out of a football? How do you go to school the next day and unexpectedly get interveiwed and make all this up. yes, kids will tell lies but....I mean....The complaint is so convincing.

Please, does anyone have anything that they might offer me to figure this out? I mean, if he wasn't there then his lawyer will surely be able to prove it by contacting the hosptial and seeing a log on the chart or something saying so and so had a visitor.

But if it was the mom, yeah you could blame the boyfriend, easily but Mike's story is the kid didn't want him to leave. The child states they don't get along. Football fingermarks.....

What I don't understand is if he's moved on with his life, lives with his girlfriend, why do you care if it is true or not?

Is your child his, also? Does he have visitation rights with your child? If not, if it was me, I'd feel like it wasn't any of my business.

This all sounds really bad for "Mike" for sure. I don't know of hospitals that make logs of visitors of patients but if he is really innocent someone somewhere had to have seen him.

Hi. For some psycological reason...Mike has it in for this little boy. The man is lying thru his teeth.

Molesters will usually pick on one child. There is a connection there.

I hope the child won't have to suffer any longer. Poor kid.
