Although really tired and in a bit of discomfort, I've made it through a really scary phase, just needed to let you guys know I'm okay.
You're all wonderful, take care everyone, Hugs,

Thank you folk for showing you care, my surgery was real hard on my head, I'm feeling really weak and extremely nauseus, I've been sicking up bile and black stuff, and my head's hurtin llike a SOAB.
Well, it was my own choice to go ahead with the procedure, so I can't really blame anyone but me, so yet again, it's my own fault I'm in so much pain and feeling so unwell.
Sorry to be so lily-livered, I'll try to buck up before much longer.
Take care you guys, you've touched my heart, thank you.....

I didn't want to worry folk here too much with my rubbish, I wasn't exactly straight about what I let slip as it was.
There was a great chance of my not waking up from my surgery, this kind of distress stopped me from having dental surgery some time ago, but this was VERY different, my life was under tremendous threat from a tumour.
I don't want to go into too much detail, suffice to say, I've had a brain operation, it was keyhole surgery, and it was apparantly a success.
I feel really weird though, and I've got a REALLY TERRIBLE deep rooted ache in my head which has caused my neck to lock up and is causing all sorts of minor muscular problems, but I'm still sucking atmosphere, so all's well really.

You're lovely Sleeps, thanks for your concern, Hugs....

They tried to keep me in but I signed a release form, I hate hospitals almost as much as I hate the pigs.
I'm starting to wonder if I've made an err though, I can't sllep and my head wont stop pounding, it doesn't hurt like a migraine, it's much much worse.
I'll probably have to give in and check back in to the hospital, I don't feel right at all.

sWEETIE..Reading the below I am kind of alarmed..I would think it may be a good idea to call or go to ER if you do not feel right..this is major surgery and when you left they should have told you what to expect...if this isnt part of it..I would go ok...please go and be sure this is normal

hugs

Please try not to worry Sleeps, I went to see my surgeon today, we had a 'massive' row over my leaving the hospital despite their concern, she shouldn't have been such a pratt, no-one tells me what to do, I really freaked out on her.
She prescribed some heavy duty painkillers and some anti-inflamitory tablets, what I'm going through has been aggrevated by my moving about when I should be laid up in bed, yeah right, what ever doc.
She tried to get me to take a bed for a few days, that's how the row started, I told her to get knotted (less politely than that though), she pulled the 'I'm the authority here' bit, that always gets my hackles up.
Just letting you know I'm still sucking atmosphere, no worries mate.......

I am glad youre kind of OK but I wish I could make you go back in the hospital till you feel perfectly well..these docs esp a neuro surgeon know what they are talking about
