I woke up okay. Until now. Now I'm... i don't know what I am
My head started getting really tense and I feel like I'm gonna cry. I feel like rolling around, screaming, and ripping my hair out. My head is so tense. Ugh. It's so tense. I wanna scream and scream and scream. But it's alright because I'm keeping silent. But laying here isn't helping. And then I remembered to just breathe like everyone wants to tell me. BUT IT'S NOT HELPING! UGH! |

Do you have any idea what is going on in your mind right now? Try to narrow down what is making you feel this way. If you do any art, music, or writing, try and use that to get some of the clutter out of your mind. Even journaling may help.

Brackenbeard is right == ride it out. It WILL pass. I remember feeling like that years ago and it's awful but it DOES pass.
Just try to think of good things and breathe deeply. You'll be ok. Keep us posted. |
