I am feeling like this again. Just not enthusiasm for anything, no want for anything. Not even looking forward to a football match or a film. Really just coasting through at the moment, and it sucks, because I know it's not a sustainable lifestyle.

Really hope you manage to acquire inner peace somehow - you have my support

Sometimes I get this same feeling as you do. There have been times where I just said forget about life. When I was a teenager I always wanted to just leave earth and hope that there was something better. It's up to you to try not let things bother you nor get in your way and try to make everything as postive as it can get. If you can have that mindframe I think a lot will work out for the best. I wish you the bestest luck and life and hope that things will get better.

It is always good to find someone to talk to about your problem. You will probably feel way much better to get things off your chest then just holding it all in when noone really know how you feel.

Have I asked this before? Don't want to live LIKE THIS any more?

I suppose that's it, but really I would describe it as not looking forward to anything and not wanting to put in any effort into my life either.

I had this problem. It's like a lack of inspiration. I did manage to get out of this though I unfortunately don't know how. And I do have a little problem with procrastination now. I think trying new things helped. All the old things I did were just really difficult to concentrate on but the new things not as much.

Sometimes it gets hard to care about anything, even what I need to do to survive in life. So far it always has passed after while though. I think walking outside helps a bit if I can get myself to do it and the weather is decent, or picking one thing I need to get done and work at it.
