well hiya!
I'm siani, I'm 15 and live in Milton Keynes, England.
I'm bi-polar, bulimic, insomnia (although this is linked to my bi-polar/depression), and a pyromaniac.
i have had 2 failed suicide attempts, one when i was 10, and again when i was 11, i had recovered well, but when i was 14 i relapsed, apparently it is totally normal to relapse within 5 years, i have suicidal thoughts and self harm, some of my friends have started to notice and i don't know what to do about it.
I'm here for support and would love to make friends through this.
thanks for reading.
Siani x

welcome siani! You have come to the best place around! Everyone here at PC is so supportive and care so much about one another. We can all relate in some way with each other, and I know for myself without PC I would have been in hospital by now. It is through the support and friendship I have found here that I am getting through probably one of the toughest times in my life. I hope you will be able to get all the help and support here too. Again, welcome. Just thought id introduce myself Just thought id introduce myself Just thought id introduce myself

Welcome to Psych Central! If you need someone to talk to you can always look me up. I've been a cutter for the last 15 years or so.
