I just feel like a check in. I am feeling like I need a social life. I don't have much of one but it would be nice to have friends with free time to go out and play with me. Last night hubby, daughter and I went to a cafe and heard a group of women we know sing. I ended up having a good time. I have been dealing with back stuff more then less and have had heavier meds so I am sleeping a lot.

The guy from licensing is coming tomorrow to inspect house for foster care. That means hubby will go in late to work and that I will pick him up later. I am picking up the car that my friend is giving his"neice", my daughter tomorrow night. I will register and insure it tomorrow. It needs 2 holes patched and I can do it but i wanted to do it before she saw it. It's a nice looking sturdy car. I am going to schedule her test for the end of the week or for early next week so I no longer have to be her chaufer.

My son has had a belt and brakes go in the last three days on my van and has not had money to fix so I have been paying. He is driving van as his car crapped out and it's eating his income for gas. I want a smaller car for him, seems we can never catch up.

I am looking forward to fostering. I want some little people in here. I want to play.

I just won a game of rummy with hubby and daughter.

I have paperwork that needs doing and i have not doed it. Oh oh. So this is catch up on my life. Hope everyone else is well. Son is really working hard at being a responsible person. YEAH.

Thanks bebop, and boy Rainbowz do I know about Murphy's law! I get really anxious during transitions like this and I want it all done at once. That means that I want daughter's car done and she with her license finally. It also means I want to start getting babies, children. There are so many things I need to remember to tell the guy tomorrow. So I can't sleep. Thanks for reading and caring. These are big life transitions here. All we be well. All will be well. Opps, forgot to say that I finally felted the rainbow colored rug for the baby room. Hubby and I got undressed and felted it in the bath rolled an a broom stick with mesh and a piece of an old solar pool cover. It is so pretty, can't wait for it to dry so I can finish.

I am so sore still. Spent most of the day in bed. Is it this wet weather? Home Inspection was fine, a bit more grueling then I remembered but oh well. We still won't get our license for a few weeks due to paperwork the guy need to do. I wonder if they can still use us knowing it's pending. I want children to brighten the days! I have no energy right now. Everyone here is complaining of the same. Prolonged cloudiness and damp weather, record setting rainfall. I guess we are more connected to the environment then we realize. At least I am. No energy to give people here right now. Blah!

(((((((ww))))))) hope you will get some little people around. Practice moving around on your roller skates, so you can catch them when they run around.

Do you have those Thermacare heat wraps in the US? I tried it once - it's a wrap that you wear around your back. It's activated by air, and you can wear it for 8 hours. It worked well for me. hugs

Hi SS, I put on a space heater and it is helping reduce the dampness in here, thus less pain. Thanks. Yes, little ones. I want a bunch. I wish I had a bunch of money to adopt infants and just show them the beauty in life.

CRAP ON A STICK!!!!! I woke up with horrid pain in my left hip and down into my leg. I am sick of all of the sleepiness from the drugs. It's okay for a short while but the son is shining and I want to swim. I was going to swim a lot today and lay in the pool's green hous for warmth and bone warming. Right now I am just propping up my thighs with pillows. Hubby couldn't find hot water bottle or heating pad anywhere so son is picking them up for me. I am so angry and tired of being in pain. As soon as I get insurance I want another MRI done and blood work for the dreaded rheumatoid, Pain stinks. I wanna swim!!!!!!! Wha wha wha. Call in to doc but shhe can't do anything else right now, I have the good drugs. So sick of sleepiness.

ah-Ha, the sun shined and though we went from November to July in 1 day my old body is taking comfort in the warmth even if I do hate heat. Sun shine and a daughter whose ALMOST going to get her license finally so I can stop being her escort. Brag Brag, she also got excepted to a good school with some good scholarship even if she did apply way late and out of sequence. They looked at her stuff and let her right in. She explained in essay where she has been for the last year. It was a good essay.

I am looking forward to my car being fixed or hubby's moped being fixed because each day I take him to work and I usually have to combine errands as gas prices are way high. Daughter is getting her car finished and on the road, nice wheels. FREEDOM! Hope everyone has a great day.

ahh, Not running everyone around and getting to parent and do that kind of running around. A routine and doing things I enjoy, such as playing with kids and caring for them. I have been spending a lot of time with the kids at hubby's school and that is cool as they are all getting to know me.
