I feel like nothing is real, but when I keep my mind off it, it goes away, and whenever I get OCD thoughts, I usually don't feel scared.i was reading about psychotic disorders and I got scared, will I have one? I sometimes feel like nothing is real and feel like suicide to get out of it. Whenever I'm anxious I get very tired, or when I wake up I mostly feel nothing is real, but the feeling usually passed unless it randomly comes or I remind myself. I'm scared I have psychosis and it would permanently ruin my life and I won't be able to control myself, anyone help?

Hi- from your other posts, it seems to me like it is your OCD that is making u worry- as it seems to revolve around worrying about people, etc, and thinking certain thoughts. Hav you talked to your doctor about medicating for anxiety and/or paranoia? If you are not currently taking medication or working with a therapist, I suggest you find yourself a psychologist or a physiatrist who can accurately diagnose and treat u because it seems from all your posts that you are suffering from crippling anxiety. I am getting another therapist, it would take days for papers to go in, so I have to wait :/
