It is always such a mixed day for me. I love the time with my family and am sad by the loss of my mother. How confusing.

Thank you Jan. Hubby and I were on our way to see my dad and to eat today and went by the cemetary where we buried my Mom. Just before you get to the cemetery you go over this one bridge . I felt the tears welling up. I tried so hard to fight them off. But the harder I tried the faster they fell. And to know how far my husband and I have come he sensed this .. and he reached his hand over to mine and held it tight . We came to where he had to make a turn . So he had to let lose. And he was so cute about it. He said my hand is cold and grabbed a hold of my hand again. We went to IHOP cause when we first started our dating again for therapy we went there alot. And then he bought me a ring . Something he hardly ever has done. Its silver with a pink tamzenite baguettes. The reason why I am telling this is because I feel like my mom was whispering to him to do these nice things for me lol. I know that sounds nuts but its just not like him to do them on his own. IT sounds like things she would tell him to do! lol. Her humor is still shining thru! I love my Mom! And I miss her soo much. For all who have problems dealing with Mother's Day...
