About 3 months ago i took an overdose amd have been self harming since then. For the past few weeks i have been having extreme bad nightmares
To the point where im sweating my breathing goes heavy like im having a panic attack. And i keep hearing screamong wich is causing me to scratch all of my face to blot out the noise. Sonce then its just got worse and worse its become more apparent and ive been seeing things what arnt there. Images of people. Stood. One of my friends asked me if i was schitzofrenic am i????

Sorry to hear that things are very hard for you now. We arent allowed to diagnose other people on this site. I suggest that you see a doctor to get some help. Please feel free to chat on this site.

Welcome to PC. I think you need to talk to a doctor asap to see about a diagnosis and medication.

I agree with everyone else: we can't diagnose you, but we can listen.

You sound distressed so you should definitely see a doctor and tell them what you posted here. They can explain what might be happening and how you might go about treating it. Until you see a professional, it is best not to worry about diagnosises you might not get. Go to a doctor, asap, though. It is better to catch things early.
