What triggered your anger today?

Today I was in my car and stopped because the lights were red. Then the lights turned green. One split second later some nob behind me sounds their car horn. How impatient can a person be?

Possum, I hear ya! Last week I was stuck in traffic on the interstate. Traffic was bumper to bumper and barely moving. The nimrod behind me was flashing their lights and honking their horn. I look at them like "whadda ya want me to do?"

i got really angry today cause i was sitting in target and this woman came in the doors and threw a peice of trash in one of the baskets and grabbed another basket and went on. i thought...people that hide it are at LEAST ashamed but to throw it over your arm at the front of the stor3..wow u really dont care.

I'd have to quietly follow along behind her and when she wasn't looking give her back her trash.

i was literally ALMOST gonna do that. literally. seriously.

Thinking about an incident last night when I was feeling down on myself and someone told me to "stop it". If I could don't you think I would!!

what triggered beads anger today?????? well we ws in need of support adn takling to soemoen seruiuiosly adn tehri was 7ppls in supposrt chat we went in their anywyas aksed far help pretty soon tehir was 10 ppls in their we was telled tao taek a bath which we dotn even have a bathtub adn nooen really taked beads seruiosly so we left chat............................still in need of a safe freindly ear..........................cryign.....................

Bad drivers - all day - every day.

a co-worker and his loose lips. i was told he was talking to others about me having "issues," and almost revealed my illness (which i confided to him). luckily i kept a level head and confronted him on the phone. he denied it, but i at least reiterated that when i'm ready to share it with other people i will. anyway i feel better.
