See, it always helps to blow some steam. If only there was a sound proof room in my house, I would use it often. When I was sent to a group home for girls when I was a kid, like once in a while, we'd climb to a high mountain on campus and scream as loud as we could about anything we wanted. We were even permitted to cuss and throw stuff too. Every time we left we were all in tears. It really distressed and helped us all....it was a great feeling.

our psych hospital had a padded room that the patients could go in and we had big foam bats and balls that they could use to work out their anger. could we have one at PC? AAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh

hmm. that didn't work so well...
i've heard that if you shove your head in your pillow you get this kind of muffled scream thing going on that nobody can hear...

but i've never tried it.

would a hug do instead

or... a stressball...
or... a thingimie you can kick and punch...
or... a couple rounds halo II
