I'm not saying it when badly but I'm not saying it went great either... I'm just trying to figure out what wrong with me. I know I have anixity, don't need any doctor telling me that. But there other stuff, depression lasting for month then going away, feeling great then not. Getting mad for no reason, mood swing that my family notices, ect... I'm think maybe bipolar casue it runs in my family but so cause I'm could be wrong. So, today, I treid to explain that what I might have. I'm super bad at expalining my self so I took some online test and wrote my thoughts and feels bad that I've had over the pass year. We sat down and talked for about 15 mintues and I tried to explain, that yes I feel fine now but you should have seen me two months ago and I know it's gonna happen again, I tried to tell her about all my moods.
Does anyone know of anything to help me better expain myself to her? Help me help her, so I can be helped?
Hugs from:
Odee, PsycheSeas
Thanks for this!

Hi Lilithe, you are most welcome. I know how you feel, you can say it in your head so well, but, when it comes to expressing yourself. It comes out wrong or not at all in my case. Sometimes im so bad i cant even speak. I found that writing things down on a piece of paper really helped me. I felt like a fool reading this out to the pdoc, but she said it was a relly good idea of getting your point across. Take your time writing it. Come back to it if you find its blowing your mind. I hope you get some peace, and wishing you all the best life can give you.
