My medicine is packaged by my pharmacy so that each day I look at the day and date and punch the meds out for morning, afternoon and night. There are no bottles, just three punch through cards with a slot for each day.
I am so careful to punch out the correct day and the correct dosage for the time of the day, but I've been really busy and haven't checked the dates for about 4 days. I checked tonight and one whole day's worth of meds is missing. I know I didn't take two days worth of meds at one time. I'd still be asleep! I allowed a trusted friend to use my computer while I wasn't here on Thurs., and on Fri. a member of the maintenance staff was here while I was gone. I keep my meds sitting in the bedroom. I don't hide them. I am horrified at the thought that someone invaded my privacy and took my medicine! I will have to manage somehow to go without a day's worth, but that's not even the real point... ????????????????????????????? Horrified, Jan

I would be horrified and feel violated. I am so sorry this happened. Can you get a replacement free? I once lost a whole script and my insurance company allows for 1 loss a year so it was refilled

Thank you, Pas, but I can't get a replacement for one day. I'll just have to scrape by at the end of the month. I know, absolutely know I didn't take two days worth of medicine in one day! I'd have slept for like two whole days!!!

I know the feeling... I have to put all my meds away when cleaning help comes.
I had a whole bottle of pain med (narcotic) stolen out of my purse in a airport check/screening stop... on the way OUT from home... talk about being needy!!!! Oh well it isn't the end of the world, just another frustration! TC!

i know how this feels taking half meds might be a good idea,
