I am a futures/stock trader. I have experienced lot of losses recently. I feel I am afraid losing money so much that I cannot put on my trades. Are there any methods you can recommend?

Thank for any comments.

I assume you are a day trader... and IMO only, perhaps that is more closely linked to some compulsion... if you aren't happy with your actions, and wish to change but can't... seek counseling ??? TC Welcome.

Which type of counseling should I seek?

Are there any books talking about this problem?

Thanks!

have you tried speaking to a financial advisor about the losses etc, they can advise what you should do. that could ease your worries, and if you try seeking the help of a councillor that could help your stress.

i wish you all the best
