Sometimes I remind myself to consider those and their feelings around me. It's easy to get caught up in an selfish manner, almost to simple. What I do is at least lend a hand to one person daily. I do for my neighbors, family, friends, and Internet friends. I think this is important when it comes to feeling good about thine self. Unfortunately some people could care less about this.

The days when I feel really down I will force myself to go out of my to help someone, and that is better than any meds! So in a way a good deed is a selfish act...

It really has been hurting so bad lately yet what was said is truest. I can't feel anything except baddness, bleakness and have to move forward in time not saying more,or doing harm, or speaking mind since I am poisionous. I have much disease to come out of my words, so being silent is giving to others. Not expressing myself, is helping those around me, silence in the suffering, is helping the people i love, since my hurt and pain is obvious, literal, and heavy, so moving myself out of the way and walking like a good walker, is what will be done, but it hurts. I won't say anything, and after a bit of silence, maybe, time will be my salve, and spreading harm won't happen.

desirae that is truly a wonderful way to be...I always used to help people...but now that I developed a fear of going out in public it is hard to do...I am glad you are there for others...thank you so much!! Don't be to good for yourself.
