I've had a lot of fun in chat tonight. Thank you to the dears bp and mj! My apologies go out to DocJohn--I assume you had a good laugh reading my PM, LOL. I am so in the mood for junk food tonight. I had way too much of it last night. It's one of those weeks for me. Ladies, you know what I'm talking about. My focus is choclate...(mmmm!), licorice (mmmmm!), ice cream (mmmmm!), anything exceptionally high in fats, sodium and carbs! Oh how delicious! Ignoring the cholesterol and saturated fats, and sodium and carb contents, I calmly look past all that to the refreshing healthful nutrition that my body will ingest--

calcium: found in abundance in milk chocolate, ice cream, all dairy-related items, - Examples: Ben & Jerry's, Edy's, any Hershey's product, cheesecake, pizza (cheese!), McDonald's CHEESEburgers

fiber: good sources include ice cream, chocolate, nuts, whole-grain breads, fruits and vegetables - Examples: Ben & Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream, peanut butter, chocolate candy bars with nuts, chocolate candy with peanut butter, brownies, pizza (the crust and toppings, ya know), tacos/Mexican foods (the tortilla and insides, of course)

protein: feed and energize your muscles with peanut butter, nuts, meats, milk,- Examples: Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, peanut butter chips, Almond Joy and other chocolate candies with nuts, Italian beef sandwich, hamburger, bacon, milk or dairy products (might I recommend Hershey's chocolate chug?)

This is obviously only a very small, minute list of all that is available to us. And to point out, our bodies do indeed need fats, especially for us women whose bodies require a higher natural fat content. Fat protects us when we fall, it helps to protect our body inside, it supplies fuel for our bodies. For every negative, there is a positive. Psychological Nutritional Value
