Hi All,
I have poor eating habits so i am trying to do better, and i was wanting to drink a potent fruit shake a once maybe twice a day. I would like something that has protein, lots of veggies and lots of vitamines. Any suggestions?

i do a banana, carrot, spinach, juice and yoghurt or tofu one. i throw in my vitamin c and calcium pills and grind them along with the other stuff in the blender. hope this helps. yoghurt has more protein than tofu. i was stunned.

A good morning start - - - - An awesome PROTEIN SHAKE:

1.) Add 1 cup Milk to blender (1% or skim)
2.) I scoop Whey Protein Powder (vanilla)
3.) Blend well....
4.) Add 2 TBSP Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding Mix (any flavor)
5.) Blend well....
6.) Add 1-cup ice
7.) Blend well....

* * * My favorite is Fudge Chocolate Mix w/ a fresh Banana added. YUM! YUM!
* * * Pudding mixes I uses: Chocolate (all flavors), White Chocolate, Banana, Pistachio (you decide).

* * * Add fruit (fresh & canned) for an extra kick....... a GREAT morning BREAKFAST ideal.

FUZE Green Tea w/ Gingseng. You can get them at gas stations and places like that. It's in a white bottle. They have lots of vitamins, and it says on the bottle that theres equal to 3 servings of vegetables in it. and it tastes quite good :] and it doesnt cost alot.. only $1, or $1.50 at the most.
