What could it possibly mean when I am reading threads in certain areas and I immediately get anxious and agitated? Am I relating? Is this something I should delve more deeply into? There are certain threads here that make me very uncomfortable and I am not sure why.

Hello dandylin, steady does it. It sounds like you are coming across new triggers that maybe you were not aware of before. It would be good for you to talk with your therapist if you have one about this. You could look at it yourself if you are able to take a step back but I would suggest doing good self-care, take breaks when you need, use distractions if that feeling is too much. We all learn here and it's good to share. Hugs to you.

I definitely get uncomfortable over topics discussion any fear or trigger of mine. I know a lot of people can get extremely uncomfortable when the thread hits too close to home. These are all very sensitive topics and Pegasus is correct: These could be your triggers.
